Something is shifting. You can feel it.
And you are right to take it seriously
AI is changing the way we work faster than most organisations are willing to admit and faster than most training providers are being honest about.
If you've found yourself wondering whether your role is safe, whether you're falling behind, or whether the AI conversation was somehow built for everyone except you - you are not behind. You are paying attention.
AI Confidence for Women exists for this moment. Not to sell you tools or teach you prompts. To give you an honest picture of what is happening, the knowledge to navigate it with confidence, and a community of women doing exactly the same thing, together.
This is your starting point. Wherever you are right now.

Why it matters
This is not a future problem. It is a right now problem. The roles most exposed to AI disruption in the next three to five years are not factory-floor jobs or manual trades. They are knowledge work, coordination, communication and creative production - the professional landscape where the majority of women have built their careers. 79% of employed women hold positions at high risk of automation. Mid-career women are being displaced while simultaneously being screened out of the emerging roles replacing them, often by the very AI tools driving the disruption. And yet women represent just 22% of the AI workforce. The people building and governing the systems reshaping our working lives do not reflect the people most affected by them. That is not inevitable. It is a choice. And it is a choice that can be unmade - starting with women who are informed, prepared and positioned to lead. Three things that need to change and that we are changing: Women need honest information - not reassurance, not hype. A clear-eyed picture of what is at risk, what is emerging, and how to move from one to the other. Women need structured capability - not a scatter of tools and tips. A progressive pathway from AI curious to AI leader, built around real commercial application and responsible governance. Women need each other - not another professional network. A community defined by intellectual rigour, psychological safety, and a shared commitment to shaping AI responsibly. This is what AI Confidence for Women is built to deliver.

Frequently asked questions
Do I need to know anything about AI to get started? Not a single thing. AI Confidence for Women was built specifically for women who are at the beginning of this journey - curious, perhaps a little overwhelmed, and not sure where to start. No technical background, no prior knowledge, and no jargon required. If you can ask the question, you belong here.
Is the community really free? Yes, completely. The AI Confidence for Women community is free to join and free to stay in. Monthly AI literacy sessions, responsible AI explainers, policy updates, live Q&As and peer discussion are all included at no cost. The community is your starting point, and there is no pressure to move beyond it until you are ready.
I've been in my career for a long time. Is this relevant to me? It is and it was built with you specifically in mind. The women most affected by AI disruption right now are not early career professionals. They are experienced, mid-career women whose expertise is real and whose roles are shifting beneath them. AI Confidence for Women takes your experience seriously and builds on it, rather than asking you to start from scratch.
What is Responsible AI, and why does it keep coming up? Responsible AI refers to the ethical, governance and risk dimensions of how AI systems are built and deployed. In simple terms, it is the set of questions that ensure AI serves people fairly, transparently and accountably, rather than embedding bias or causing unintended harm. It matters because AI systems are making decisions that affect people's lives right now, in hiring, healthcare, finance and public services. And it matters for your career because Responsible AI is one of the fastest growing professional fields in the UK - and one where women are extraordinarily well placed to lead.
How is this different from other AI courses I've seen? Most AI training focuses on tools - how to use ChatGPT, how to write a prompt, how to save twenty minutes on a task. That has its place. But AI Confidence for Women is built around something different: structured capability progression, honest career resilience guidance, and the governance awareness that makes you genuinely valuable in an AI-enabled organisation - not just a more efficient user of someone else's technology.
I'm worried my job might be at risk. Can AI Confidence for Women actually help with that? Yes, and we'd rather talk about it honestly than pretend the concern isn't valid. Our Career Resilience pillar exists specifically for this question. It starts with a free ten-minute audit that gives you a personalised picture of where you stand, then walks you through three clear pathways forward - whether you want to future-proof your current role, pivot into an emerging AI career, or position yourself as a leader in the Responsible AI space. Start with the audit. It costs nothing and takes ten minutes.
What are the paid programmes and who are they for? We offer two core programmes. Get Grounded in AI is a half-day programme for professionals who want to build solid AI foundations - understanding how AI works, what responsible deployment looks like, and how to identify AI opportunities in their sector. Level Up Your AI is a three-day intensive for women ready to move from understanding AI to leading its adoption - building automation strategies, governance awareness and a personal AI capability plan. Both are available as individual bookings and corporate group packages.
I'm a senior leader already working with AI. Is there anything here for me? Yes, and it is our most exclusive offer. The AI Leader Responsible AI Leadership Circle is a deliberately small, curated network for senior women who are shaping AI governance, strategy and policy in their organisations and sectors. It is not a course. It is a peer advisory network, a strategic briefing programme, and a platform for building the public profile and influence that puts you in the rooms where the future of AI is being decided. If that sounds like where you belong - we'd love to hear from you.
